You Are: The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Product Configuration Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining product management tools, engineering change processes, and enterprise master data used to support silicon product development and manufacturing. The opportunity: * Own and manage product management applications used by the Silicon Products Group, including but not limited to: o Product Specification Tool (PST) o Variant Configurator (VC) o Product Option Architecture (POA) o Product Explorer o CABC/TND Libraries o Non-System Order (NSO) Recommendation Engine * Maintain and govern product-related master data across integrated systems, including SAP. * Serve as an active user of CORE+ tools for Engineering Change processes, including: o Engineering Change Requests (ECR) o Configuration Change Requests (CCR) o Engineering Specification Waivers (ESW) o Non-Standard Requests (NSR) * Create, review, manage, and reconcile engineering change requests to ensure alignment between engineering updates and product configuration changes. * Develop and maintain deep expertise in product structures, including: o ZMATs o Parent/child relationships o Build location strategies o Manufacturing workcenter hierarchies * Support accurate representation of product configurations, BOMs, and manufacturing dependencies. * Manage and control master data within ERP systems (SAP), including: o Material Master creation and updates o Change Master management * Ensure all data changes comply with established governance policies, procedures, and audit requirements. * Documentation & Compliance * Develop, update, and maintain: o ISO procedures o SAP scripts o Configuration Management (CM) work instructions o Best Known Methods (BKMs) * Support process standardization, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related technical field. * Strong experience with PLM, product configuration, or product data management tools. * Hands-on experience with Engineering Change Management processes. * Working knowledge of SAP ERP, including Material Master and Change Master data. * Strong understanding of product structures, BOMs, and manufacturing workflows. * Ability to analyze and troubleshoot configuration logic and system rules. * Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or manufacturing environments. * Familiarity with variant configuration, rules engines, or product modeling tools. * Exposure to ISO-regulated environments. * Prior experience working in a techno-functional analyst role supporting enterprise systems. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Texas Compensation Range : $48,000-$72,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
