Cox Automotive is hiring a Business Process Design & Improvement Analyst II - Order to Cash. This position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of centralized Cox Automotive Enterprise Finance and Accounting (EF&A) Order to Cash (O2C) process excellence. The Order to Cash scope includes Billing, Credit, Collections, Reimbursements, Cash Application and Reporting. This position will focus on process centralization, standardization, and optimization for Cox Automotive billing functions across policies, process, data, reporting, systems security, compliance, and financial controls. This role will also support key strategic initiatives and will build a culture of continuous process improvement within the EF&A Order to Cash functions. This position will also help to meet Cox Automotive's strategic goals by developing plans, driving objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning appropriate resources.
The ideal candidate will have revenue operations, continuous process improvement, change management, project management, governance, and communication experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

USD 67,100.00 - 100,700.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
