Description Maine Medical CenterManagement/Leadership Summary The Linen department is an Industrial Healthcare Laundry servicing customers throughout the State of Maine. Responsible for the development and implementation of area standards, policies, procedures, and training programs necessary to ensure high quality of linen services. This includes teaching, training, setting work assignments, assisting in updating and writing all policies and procedures for the department, performance management and payroll management for team members, maintaining inventory control of all linen products, and maintaining high quality standards for all productivity within the department.
