People Experience Partners (PXPs) are trusted advisors and employee advocates who connect the business, employees, and the People Team to build an engaging, high-trust workplace. PXPs combine coaching, employee relations, data insights and change leadership to elevate the day-to-day experience across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding through development, performance and offboarding.

As a Director, People Experience Business Partner, you will be a senior people leader accountable for the strategy, execution, and outcomes of the people experience agenda across a large region or enterprise-scaled client group. You will operate as a trusted advisor to your assigned client group and partner closely with our Center's of Excellence and People Business Partners to translate business strategy into integrated people strategies, anticipating risk, and leading complex, high-impact experience initiatives that span multiple sites, segments or states. By executing our core processes and building relationships with our employees and leaders, you help ensure measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, performance and organizational effectiveness.

This position follows a hybrid schedule which requires you to work on-site and/or in-office 4 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

Regional/Enterprise People Experience Strategy

  • Own and drive the end-to-end people experience agenda for a large region or client group, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise priorities
  • Translate organizational strategy into scalable people experience plans covering talent strategy, engagement, culture and organizational effectiveness
  • Serve as senior thought partner to PBPs and COEs, influencing regional or enterprise people initiatives
  • Conduct in-person or virtual connects to proactively engage employees to assess site or department health, surface risks or opportunities and ensure consistent execution of people processes and culture

Employee Lifecycle and Operational Excellence

  • Lead a team of PXPs and people leaders, setting direction, success measures and expectations for people outcomes across multiple sites, markets, or client groups
  • Monitor and ensure your team is conducting their in-person or virtual connects based on dashboard metrics, known complex sites/departments, and interactions with senior leadership
  • Lead large-scale, multi-site or multi-department initiatives such as culture transformation, workforce restructuring and enterprise engagement strategies
  • Deliver and support our core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, evaluating areas for improvement as our support model evolves
  • Direct resolution of highly complex, unusual, or high-risk people issues affecting major functions or multiple markets
  • Serve as escalation point for the most complex people and organizational challenges, conducting trend analysis to anticipate areas of focus and needed change

Change Management and Transformation

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving People Team COEs, and matrixed partners, ensuring they are effectively communicated, adopted and sustained across diverse populations
  • Leverage enterprise people analytics to assess trends, forecast workforce needs and measure impact of people strategies, fine tuning and pivoting initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Use data to influence senior leader decision making on workforce needs and people initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading multi-layer teams
  • Demonstrated success translating data into actionable strategies and deliverables
  • Proven experience building relationships with business partners and teams
  • Experience in change management, labor relations or organizational design
  • Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
