As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will provide a welcoming presence, support tenants and visitors with strong communication, and document observations with attention to detail. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, building interiors, loading areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor and control access at entrances, lobbies, and other designated points by verifying credentials as required, directing visitor traffic, and documenting authorized deliveries and service providers.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical calls, fire alarms, and other building-related events per post orders and client instructions.
• Complete reports, activity logs, and incident documentation with clear, factual details, and communicate observations and/or concerns promptly to site contacts and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
