As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and/or unusual activity with calm professionalism. You will document findings, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and deliver service with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and help to maintain orderly entry and exit for customers and employees in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, incidents, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with licensing requirements and Allied Universal guidelines; complete accurate incident reports, shift logs, and other required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years' armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma and/or GED.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
