*Job Title: Member Service Representative (MSR) - Contact Center**Job Description*Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. Provide comprehensive information about products and services, utilizing active listening skills and adaptability to multiple systems to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs, fostering positive member interactions.
*Responsibilities* * Respond to high-volume inquiries and requests in a structured contact center environment. * Provide detailed information on products and services with a focus on active listening and adaptability. * Execute transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Recommend additional products and services to meet member needs. * Ensure compliance with policy regulations during customer interactions. *Essential Skills* * Experience in customer service and data entry. * Ability to handle high-volume calls in a structured environment. * Proficiency in adapting to multiple systems. * Strong active listening and engagement skills. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Background in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, or high-volume retail environments. * Experience in banking or mortgage sectors is advantageous. *Why Work Here?*Join the largest credit union in the world and serve the financial needs of our military and their families worldwide with over 343 branches globally. The role involves taking back-to-back inbound phone calls in a busy, high-volume setting. Most shifts offer flexibility, with start and end times varying within a one-hour window. Scheduled breaks and meals align with the structured environment requirements. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
