A Production Supervisor job in Paterson Washington is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). This role requires prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with the ability to lead hourly teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals The Production Supervisor role supports Bottling operations by providing direct supervision for approximately 15-25 employees. This position is essential to ensure daily work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality and production goals.

Production Supervisor job responsibilities include:



  • Lead the daytoday performance of an assigned production team, ensuring objectives for safety, quality, and production are met or exceeded
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of production processes, equipment, and departmental SOPs to support efficient and compliant operations
  • Build and maintain a positive, inclusive team environment through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management
  • Partner crossfunctionally with maintenance, inventory, and operations teams to ensure smooth production flow and equipment readiness
  • Monitor and approve employee time, attendance, and PTO in appropriate system to ensure accurate payroll reporting
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational and business needs



Position Requirements:



  • Twoyear degree in a related field, or a combination of education and relevant supervisory experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 3+ years of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated progressive career growth
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problemsolving skills; proficiency with MS Office and business enterprise systems
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to safely work with and around hazardous chemicals while following OSHA/WISHA guidelines
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, humid environments, and moderate noise levels
  • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and climb stairs repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Ability to perform general manual labor as needed, including lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies



Your Compensation:

$80,167.00-91,494.00 /yr. based upon relevant experience.
