POSITION SUMMARY The Healthy Planet Analyst is a technology specialist that is responsible for the full analytics registry delivery cycle including requirements analysis, data profiling, component development, system configuration, report/dashboard design and quality assurance along with other related tasks as assigned. This role will focus on projects and tasks assigned to the Population Health Systems Development team at Boston Medical Center to support the patient care and analytical needs of the BMC Health System, the ACO (Accountable Care Organization), and our Community Connect partners. The role will also collaborate with multidisciplinary team members along with external customers, regulatory reporting bodies and application vendors. Must be comfortable leading development efforts, documenting the functional and technical specifications of the solution and creating training material as needed. Works independently to fulfill job duties with minimal supervision. Compensation Range: $71,500.00- $104,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
