Director, Indirect Procurement This role is a hybrid position Some roles require an office while others may be done remotely. This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Boston or Santa Barbara office and should expect to be in office 2 to 3 days per week in order to collaborate with partners and key stakeholders. This role will lead and develop a global Indirect Procurement organization. The Director of Indirect Procurement reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Business Services and will be critical in optimizing our substantial corporate spend ($200M+) to ensure operational efficiency and fuel Sonos's continued global growth and innovation. The Director of Indirect Procurement will be responsible for leading Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Relationship Management for all corporate indirect spend, including critical areas like Go-to-Market, IT, Facilities, HR (People), Legal, and Finance. The Indirect Procurement team manages and optimizes a supplier base of hundreds of external vendors. The Director of Indirect Procurement will drive the strategic optimization of this function by leading the ongoing development and execution of Sonos-wide procurement category strategies, leveraging technology and data analytics to inform decisions, set benchmarking standards, and define measurable performance metrics. The base pay range for this role based off geographic location is: $166,000 and $207,700The specific pay offered will depend on the candidate's geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience. We apply geographic pay differentials based on the cost of labor in the market. Employees in high-cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range, while those in medium or low cost markets may be compensated at the lower end of the range.
