As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be the strategic force shaping our brand's digital presence. You'll lead the development and execution of an integrated digital marketing strategy that builds brand equity, attracts new customers, and fuels revenue growth.

In this role, you will own the digital ecosystem end-to-end-from defining how our brand shows up online to crafting go-to-market plans that drive measurable impact. You'll guide a high-performing team, champion data-driven decisionmaking, and collaborate across the organization to bring innovative digital experiences to life.

Responsibilities

Digital Execution & Content Strategy:

    Oversee the creation of digital content across channels (social, email, paid media, SEO).
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative execution across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams, as well as external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Drive data-informed digital initiatives to acquire and retain customers across segments, channels, and geographies.

Strategic Leadership & Brand Development:

  • Define and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies and value propositions to guide campaign planning.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for our products and services that meet our performance goals.
  • Establish measurable goals, manage budgets, and oversee digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic direction to the eCommerce and Creative Services teams to shape the consumer internet experience.
  • Oversee the TDS brand to ensure a consistent and impactful company image across all markets.

Media Planning & Agency Management:

  • Advise on and oversee media buying strategy across digital platforms.
  • Use customer segmentation, buying behavior, and competitor insights to inform planning.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Optimize media spend based on performance data and business priorities.

Marketing Technology & Analytics:

  • Leverage Salesforce and other Martech tools to execute campaigns and track performance.
  • Develop a measurement framework and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership to inform strategy and investment.

Product Marketing Collaboration:

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and other stakeholders to launch new products and technologies.
  • Create targeted strategies for new and existing customers, support advertising campaigns, and generate qualified leads and sales incentives.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years in professional experience.
  • 8+ years' experience in digital marketing.
  • 2+ years' experience in a leadership role.

Other Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience building and scaling digital marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social, content, and programmatic media.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven success in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
