Position Summary The Inside Sales Support (ISS) role is an entry-level, high-activity sales position focused on expanding revenue within the existing U.S. customer base. The ISS drives outbound and inbound engagement to identify needs, qualify opportunities, and sell warranties, service/support plans, consumables, and accessories across the 908 Devices portfolio. This role requires high call/email volume, disciplined use of Salesforce to document activity and manage leads/opportunities, and strong coordination with Field Sales and Customer Success to route issues, escalate risk, and ensure customer needs are addressed quickly. The ISS also supports the quote-to-order process end-to-end, including quoting, tracking order progress, and producing a weekly forecast. Key Responsibilities
