Quality Lab Inspector

Kodak is looking for a Quality Lab Inspector to join our team.

This position will be trained to work in our PCB lab and will work both independently and on quality-related team activities. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively through visual and verbal documents &/or emails.

Responsibilities:
* The Quality Lab Inspector position will be part of our Operations Team and interacts with engineering, production, and management personnel within the department
* Frequently interact with other personnel in the film flow as needed
* Perform tasks in darkrooms on a regular basis for setting up processes
* Use quality guidelines to make a quality decision, or escalate to appropriate personnel
* Investigate film quality problems to find the source and root cause
* Understand and follow Standard Work processes relative to film quality
* Will occasionally be required to handle chemicals with correct PPE

Required Skills and Experience:
* Must be comfortable both working alone and on team activities
* Must pass a visual test for an examiner
* Must demonstrate proper effective analytical troubleshooting
* Must be able to identify quality problems and communicate effectively with teams
* Must have suitable computer skills needed for recording and analyzing data and documentation
* Must be able to work in the dark or in low-light conditions
* Previous experience with film quality is a plus but not a requirement
