Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer supporting a dynamic location. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, respond to calls for service, and document observations using provided tools. You will also provide professional customer service and clear communication while working with teammates in a caring culture that values integrity, agility, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report findings per site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Control access points by monitoring visitor and/or vendor entry, verifying credentials when required, and directing people to the appropriate areas.
• Complete routine documentation such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
