About the Role
We're looking for a collaborative and safetyfocused Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods. In this role, you'll guide a team, help ensure smooth material flow, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, staging, and shipping

  • Support accuracy in inventory, cycle counts, and FIFO practices

  • Encourage and develop team members through coaching and regular checkins

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment

  • Participate in 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Oversee temperature-controlled storage and recycled packaging processes

  • Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse tasks when needed

What You Bring
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • 3-5 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience

  • 2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred

  • Forklift certification

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52,760.00 and $87,930.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
