Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work from engineering drawings and documented work instructions to produce components according to established specifications.

  • Monitor production and make basic machine or tooling adjustments to support quality and requirements for the job.

  • Interpret detailed engineering drawingsand documented work instructions to fabricate components to exact specifications and tight tolerances.

  • Perform precision welding operations (TIG, laser) on various metals including stainless steel, titanium, and specialty alloys.

  • Assist with welding equipment setupand tooling configuration to ensure stable, repeatable results.

  • Monitor weld quality during production and make minor adjustments to machine settings or techniques to maintain compliance with job requirements.

  • Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers (verniers), gauges, leak-check equipment, and visual inspection methods to verify weld integrity and dimensional accuracy.

  • Contribute to process consistency and continuous improvement by utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quantitative monitoring techniques.

  • Accurately complete labor transactions and required production documentation using company systems.

Qualifications

Hourly Rate Range: $ 22.00 - $27.00 per hour. with a 15% 2nd shift differential, Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
