SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Qlik Developer to join our team supporting the Department of Education's (DoED) Federal Student Aid (FSA) Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services (CPSS) in Washington, DC. We're looking for someone who will play a key role in designing and delivering dynamic dashboards and integrated data solutions for our customer. This position goes beyond building charts-it's about transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive mission success. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:



  • ApplicationDevelopment:Develop,maintain,andenhanceQlikSenseapplicationsanddashboardsbasedonbusinessrequirements.
  • DataModeling:Designandcreatedatamodelstosupporteffectivedataanalysisandvisualization.
  • Testing and validation of data inputs
  • Collaboration:Workcloselywithbusinessstakeholderstogatherrequirementsandtranslatethemintotechnicalspecifications.
  • DataIntegration:Extract,transform,andload(ETL)datafromvarioussourcesintoQlikSenseapplications.
  • PerformanceOptimization:EnsuretheperformanceandsecurityofQlikSenseapplications,maintainingdataaccuracyandreliability.
  • UserTrainingandSupport:Providetrainingandsupporttoend-users,helpingthemunderstandandeffectivelyusetheapplications.
  • Documentation:Createandmaintaintechnicaldocumentationrelatedtoapplicationdevelopmentanddataprocesses.



Required Qualifications:



  • Must be able to obtainaDoEDLevel 6CHigh Risk/Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor'sdegree degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Qlik Sense Developer or in a similar BI/DW role.
  • StrongknowledgeofQlikSensesystemadministration,dashboarddevelopment,anddatamodeling.
  • ProficiencyinSQLandexperiencewithdatabasetechnologies(e.g.,MSSQLServer,Oracle).
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights and effective dashboards.
  • Proficiency with data modeling best practices (star schema, incremental loads, mapping tables).
  • Experience optimizing performance in large or complex dashboards.
  • Excellentcommunicationskillstoconveytechnicalinsightsandinterpretdatareportsforclients.Strongproblem-solvingabilitiesandagoodunderstandingofbusinessprocesses.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Active Top Secretsecurity clearance.
  • Qlik Certification
  • Experience with federal data systems or large-scale enterprise data environments.
  • Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and REST-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Prior experience training end-users or creating reusable dashboard templates.
