About you:
Frontier Communications is seeking a new Executive Assistant in Dallas, Texas. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing technology company! You will collaborate with dynamic executives and join a team that is empowered to create and drive change across the industry. You have experience supporting senior-level executives and enjoy being organized, self-sufficient and resourceful. You describe yourself as professional, personable, and a polished communicator.

What you will do:
* Perform administrative duties including scheduling, travel coordination, expenses, and invoice management.
* Work closely with top executive leaders to keep them informed of commitments, and responsibilities and follow up appropriately.
* Manage a variety of special projects which may include research, drafting emails, and preparing reports and presentations.
* Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including putting together PowerPoint presentations, drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks.
* Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

What you will need:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills
* Exceptional verbal communication and excellent people skills
* Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and deadlines
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
* Communications or social media background is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent experience
* Minimum three years of administrative experience; previous experience supporting executive-level leaders preferred.

** This role is onsite at the Frontier Executive offices in uptown Dallas, TX. **
