The mission of the Division of Student Success is to work in partnership with the University community to deliver high quality services to facilitate the recruitment, retention and graduation of a diverse student population and strive to provide service, leadership, and transitional student support for
UNCG. The Division of Student Success is committed to designing, implementing, and providing the services necessary to promote student success throughout the entire student life cycle from day one to diploma. This division includes the offices of University Advising, New Student Transitions & First Year Experience, Students First Office, Academic Achievement Center, University Proctoring Lab, TRiO Programs,

GEAR UP
UNCG,
STEM Learning Center, and the Communication Lab. |
| Position Summary |
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (
UNCG) seeks a dedicated coordinator for the University Proctoring Lab, an integral component of the Division of Student Success. The Coordinator will manage daily operations of the University Proctoring Lab (
UPL), student staff, and relationships with faculty and campus partners. They will ensure all operational policies and procedures uphold academic integrity in the testing environment. They will serve as the
UPL manager for any tutoring scheduling and recording platforms such as TracCloud, supporting the various centers and services using the tool. |
| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a testing center.
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing pedagogy and student-centered testing approaches.
- Experience in training and supervising student workers in an academic support setting.
- Strong commitment to promoting equity and access within the academic community.
