Where You'll Make a Difference
Perform allaround maintenance and repair services across multiple crafts, including electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, millwright work, and painting. Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and facility equipment to ensure maximum production uptime. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities such as lubrication, component replacement, and equipment cleaning. Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues, including motors, conveyors, and PLCcontrolled systems. Use technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to determine effective repair solutions. Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts usage, and work orders in the CMMS system. Provide emergency repairs and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Apply indepth knowledge of building and equipment history to guide maintenance decisions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical schematics. Experience in multiple trades, including welding, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and diagnostic tools such as multimeters. Ability to install, calibrate, and maintain industrial production equipment. Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification or apprenticeship highly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor lessskilled team members. Commitment to safety, including OSHA compliance and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Ability to maintain detailed, accurate maintenance documentation.
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience with PLC programming or troubleshooting. Previous work maintaining conveyors, mixers, vertical baggers, band sealers, or other related production machinery. Familiarity with dust extraction systems, electrical panels, and robotic equipment.
