Responsibilities
- Lead North American talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and workforce plans.
- Design, optimize, and operationalize scalable recruiting processes, including sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, assessment criteria, offer architecture, and closing strategies.
- Provide direct leadership and coaching to Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering capability growth, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead endtoend recruitment for complex and highimpact roles across the enterprise.
- Optimize sourcing strategies to attract high quality and diverse talent
- Drive sourcing excellence to build diverse pipelines and engage highquality talent using data, market insights, and innovative channels.
- Build and strengthen MiTek's employer brand, ensuring our values, culture, and expectations are clearly reflected in candidate communications and the overall experience.
- Coach, enable, and influence hiring managers, equipping them with tools, training, and guidance to improve interview quality, decisionmaking, and hiring outcomes.
- Use recruiting data and labor market insights to identify bottlenecks, forecast risks, recommend solutions, and improve hiring performance over time.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
- 4+ Years Experience with developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies required
- Experience with managing a team of talent acquisition partners required
