We are seeking aseasoned IT Digital Program Managerto lead and deliverlarge, complex digital transformation programsspanning multiple regions. This role will overseemultiple projects and workstreamswithin an integrated program, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and delivering measurable outcomes. Summary:
- Manage endtoend program delivery across diverse digital initiatives, including platform modernization, system integrations, and customerfacing solutions.
- Coordinatedependencies, risks, and issuesacross projects to maintain schedule integrity and operational continuity.
- Driveproject prioritization and sequencingto optimize resources and maximize business impact.
- Engage and influencesenior stakeholdersacross business, technology, and regional teams.
- Ensure consistent governance, reporting, and transparency across program activities.
- Foster collaboration across global, matrixed teams and vendor ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities ContacttoCash Program Leadership
- Oversee digital marketing, lead management, partner onboarding, eCommerce, pricing, quoting, billing, and payments.
- Modernize and integrate CRM, eCommerce, ERP, and billing systems for frictionless experiences.
Customer & Partner Experience Transformation
- Manage distributor websites, customer/partner portals, and marketplaces.
- Implement Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for unified profiles, personalization, and analytics.
- Ensure consistent omnichannel journeys across customers, resellers, VARs, and OEM partners.
eCommerce & Digital Revenue Enablement
- Modernize B2B eCommerce, including catalog, contract pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and bulk ordering.
- Integrate with ERP, pricing engines, logistics, tax, credit, and payment systems.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and digital adoption.
Partner Integration & Ecosystem Connectivity
- Drive API integrations, data exchanges, and onboarding automation with OEMs and channel partners.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant data sharing.
Governance, Risk & Financial Management
- Establish governance frameworks, manage risks, and oversee budgets.
- Provide executive reporting and ensure benefits realization.
Delivery Models & Ways of Working
- Apply hybrid Agile and enterprise governance models.
- Align with architecture, security, and data standards.
- Continuously improve execution and transparency.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years leading largescale digital programs with customerfacing platforms.
- Experience in ContacttoCash initiatives in B2B/distribution and managing large complex programs/projects
- Certifications: PgMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Handson expertise in eCommerce, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, ERP, and billing integrations.
- Preferred:
- IT distribution, supply chain, or highvolume B2B commerce experience.
- Digital marketing analytics and personalization expertise.
- Strong financial management skills.
