Schedule:

9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., five days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Summary

The Culinary Representative provides Culinary and Dietary support throughout the organization, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all patients, caregivers, stakeholders, and guests. This role delivers an exceptional level of customer service and supports a positive experience within the facility. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, serving food items, and maintaining and setting up the serving and dining areas.

Minimum Job Qualifications Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a highvolume hospital cafeteria setting preferred

License / Certification / Permit
  • Food Handler's Permit as required by Illinois state

  • Certification from an ANSIaccredited food handler training program, or obtained within 30 days of employment (Required in IL)

  • ServeSafe certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and timemanagement skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fastpaced environment
