TRIO Programs: The Upward Bound Project EDGE (Exploration and Determination Guarantees Excellence) program is designed to provide opportunities for fundamental support to participants in their preparation for college entrance. The goal is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education. Our goal is to recruit participants into the Upward Bound program, retain them, graduate them, and get them ready for post-secondary education admittance and graduation. The Opportunity: The UCF TRiO Upward Bound- Project EDGE program is seeking an energetic and missiondriven Program Recruitment Assistant to support student outreach, engagement, and marketing at Edgewater High School. In this role, you will help identify and connect with prospective students, build relationships within the school community, and create compelling materials that showcase the opportunities offered by TRiO. This is an excellent role for individuals passionate about youth development, educational opportunity, and creative outreach. This is a unique opportunity for people who are organized, outgoing, and comfortable working with students, families, and school staff. They will work approximately 8 hours per week. This position will work a flexible schedule with occasional evening and/or weekend availability. Responsibilities:
