Imagine playing a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of beloved consumer products that reach millions worldwide. We're seeking a talented and passionate individual to join a dynamic team at a leading consumer goods company, where your expertise in packaging graphics and digital rendering will directly influence how products are perceived and experienced by consumers. This is an exciting opportunity to blend artistic vision with technical precision, ensuring every product stands out with compelling design and flawless execution.

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating brand identity across a diverse portfolio of products. Your work will bridge the gap between creative design and production reality, transforming concepts into stunning digital renders and precise mechanical artwork. You'll ensure visual consistency, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance, directly impacting brand recognition and consumer engagement on a global scale.

**Responsibilities:**

* Create realistic digital packaging renders across a diverse range of product forms, from cartons and bottles to aerosol cans and displays, incorporating product photography and multiple angles.

* Utilize advanced design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), to produce high-fidelity renders and manage graphic elements.

* Develop and maintain structural models and templates to ensure consistency and quality in all render outputs.

* Manage digital assets by applying metadata and formatting for efficient library integration and distribution.

* Collaborate effectively with production services managers and design personnel to manage project schedules and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

* Execute precise packaging mechanicals, ensuring design continuity, brand consistency, and effective communication across various forms, sizes, and print methodologies.

* Navigate complex production requirements across multiple brand portfolios, regions, and languages, collaborating with diverse print partners.

* Translate intricate printer specifications into production-ready artwork, accounting for various print processes (e.g., offset, flexography, digital, gravure) and technical limitations (e.g., ink application, coating, embossing, color limitations).

* Ensure all artwork adheres to regional regulatory requirements, accurately incorporating necessary warnings, ingredient listings, and compliance symbols.

* Develop and manage graphic elements such as logos, icons, and communication bursts for both packaging and digital applications.

* Verify artwork aligns precisely with packaging die lines and print supplier specifications.

* Transform marketing briefs into compelling packaging design concepts that effectively meet brand and design objectives.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Graphic Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

* 5+ years of experience as a designer, graphic artist, or production artist in a packaging design environment.

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.

* Extensive knowledge of color correction and digital retouching for packaging imagery.

* High proficiency in the development and execution of packaging artwork mechanicals.

* Deep understanding of various printing processes (offset, dry-offset, silkscreen, flexography, digital, letterpress, gravure) and prepress requirements.

* Ability to troubleshoot and assess the integrity of incoming agency designs and files, translating technical requirements for layout builds.

* Experience managing and distributing assets across various platforms.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with internal and external partners (e.g., prepress firms, printers).

* Demonstrated high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.

* A motivated self-starter with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and adapt to changing priorities with urgency.

* A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic team player.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

* Familiarity with 3D rendering software.
