SUMMARY
The Senior Administrative Professional supports advanced department administrative office functions and provides high level customer service. The Senior Professional relieves a division director, department manager or other organization official of many administrative details.

Position will be split between both Security and Emergency Management
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification
- EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- EXPERIENCE - Two years of administrative and customer service experience.
- EQUIVALENCY - A relevant associate or bachelor's degree may substitute for the required experience on a year for year basis.

- LICENSURE - N/A
The ideal candidate may also have the following experience:
- Experience directly supporting senior leaders (Director, VP, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Experience preparing professional documents, agendas, presentations, and reports
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $24.48 to $36.72
