As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points, assist with visitor and associate needs, and communicate clearly while documenting observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate for a retail distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and/or theft, and report maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and truck or delivery traffic, verifying credentials and/or shipment documentation as required by site procedures, and direct drivers and visitors to the appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports, including incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity summaries, and communicate key information during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
