You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. Working with a caring, people-first team, you will bring integrity, reliability, and an agile mindset while providing customer service that helps staff and visitors feel supported throughout each shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, customers, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and documentation.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the lobby, offices, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, observing and reporting unusual activity.
• Control access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and monitor visitor traffic to support security-related protocols.
• Assist with security-related support for opening and closing procedures and/or cash movement activities as directed by post orders, using professional communication and observation skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
