As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a luxury retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will deliver standout customer service, clear communication, and quick support to store teams and guests, while representing Allied Universal with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first culture. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff and shoppers by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, back-of-house areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter theft and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm notifications when assigned, and communicate observed concerns to store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with management, and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, and support access control and delivery/contractor check-in processes in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
