As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will help monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist with access control and greet staff and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, ATM and vestibule spaces, entrances and/or exterior perimeter and parking areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, fire alarms and/or suspicious activity, and request assistance when needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity on the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior, and direct visitors to appropriate areas when required.
• Complete shift activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support investigations by preserving observations and available video information when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
