Our established Financial client is seeking an experienced Agile focused Project Manager, ideally with experience working in a Project Management Office, or related roles.

Candidates who are Scrum Masters and/or PMP certified are ideal.

This Project Manager is part of the Content Governance team (within the Marketing organization), partnering with other team members, including Product Owners that oversee work for a few key areas, including:DAM management (Digital Asset Management)

PerformLine support - this is a Sass solution that utilizes rules to ensure that the organization is adhering to brand / regulatory guidelines

Plus support for an internal tool that helps to update and regulate updates for a high volume of documents

This Project Manager will ensure all team members are aligned and up to date on what's needed, acting as the central point for managing and disseminating all team updates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize and direct the completion of content governance projects ensuring on time delivery, within budget

* Create actionable plans, partnering with the Product Manager and Project Owners

* Communicate with stakeholders and management about the project's status and progress

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and track progress

* Communicate broadly

* Help ensure timelines are met

* Lead large-scale meetings

* Hold parties responsible for task completion

Key requirements include:

Strong Agile experience, specifically working with multiple Agile teams, not single threaded teams.Strong Jira skillsExperience with Teams Planner and Workfront are helpfulSomeone who is a self starter, comfortable working with other groups or threads

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of work experience with an emphasis on process improvement project management will be acceptedCertification and experience working and/or implementing Agile methodology and practices5+ years of project and process management experience required3+ years of experience creating reportsAdvanced Experience in Jira, MS Office (excel, word, Project, PowerPoint) and TEAMsSuperior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groups

Desired Qualifications:

Self-starter, that thrives in entrepreneurial setting; coupled with strong business acumen including a broad understanding of financial services business processes and practicesPrior experience successfully leading and motivating teams in a matrix environmentExperience working with QA for projects and overall understanding of best practicesDesire to work in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
