We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.

In this role the Virtual Sales Representative will lead outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment, focusing on physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel. You will drive awareness, education, and adoption of products within your assigned accounts.

  • Serve as the business owner for your territory, developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve or exceed sales targets virtually.
  • Identify, engage, and educate key healthcare professionals (HCPs), including pulmonologists, allergists, nurse practitioners, and clinic staff.
  • Communicate complex clinical data in a clear and engaging way that drives informed decision-making.
  • Apply advanced virtual selling skills to include HPC behavior, foster accountability, and create urgency around patient care.
  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic interactions with assigned targets.
  • Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre-/post-call analysis proficiency.
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of aligned targets.
  • Understand and utilize telephony systems and record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance company presence.
  • Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2+ years of pharmaceuticals sales experience; specialty sales experience required
  • Biologics or buy and bill experience required
  • 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience is preferred
  • Expert selling skills including customer engagement & relationship building success via e-promotion
  • Ability to learn quickly & apply disease state & product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner
  • Demonstrates initiative; self-motivated & performance driven
