About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About this Role

The Marketing Communications & Enablement team is seeking a talented communicator who knows how to simplify complex topics to effectively enable stakeholders. This is a Communications & Enablement Senior Analyst role specializing in Marketing Analytics. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a mixed passion for driving impactful change management and enablement with marketing analytics.

While sitting in the Marketing Communications and Enablement team, the Senior Analyst will partner closely with the Global Marketing Analytics team, becoming a subject matter expert that serves our global Marketing organization. The Senior Analyst will be the definitive enablement authority on our Salesforce marketing analytics ecosystem, building the curriculum, writing the documentation, and ensuring our global campaign creators and analysts are certified experts.

Marketing Analytics serves as an independent data team, providing unbiased and analytically rigorous views to evaluate the performance of marketing activities and programs. The team has responsibility for the development of enterprise marketing data metrics, key self-service dashboards, campaign operations, and strategic analytics, serving as the central, global team for governance and standards for marketing data and metrics.

*MUST be located in one of the locations listed. ONLY Office hybrid flexible consideration; NO remote considerations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and update all certifications: Design, write, and launch comprehensive certification courses for marketing metrics and campaign creation. This includes creating modules, writing demo scripts, and writing assessment exams.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation: Create "Source of Truth" documentation for campaign fields, reporting dimensions, reference table logic, marketing metrics, and dashboards for analysts and campaign creators.
  • Building Agent Knowledge Bases: Distill complex knowledge into actionable, plain-language SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for front-line agents.
  • Support change management strategy for each launch to proactively support marketers through multiple launches to minimize the "learning dip" during technical or strategic shifts.
  • Experience creating clear, concise documentation and training materials such as high-impact "roadshow" decks for different audiences and communications depicting the "The What, The Why, and The How" of operational changes.
  • Constantly audit feedback and help-desk tickets to identify knowledge gaps, then build "Just-in-Time" training and enablement content to address them.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Experience balancing analytical expertise with change management, bridging the gap between technical data and the human elements of organizational change.
  • Highly proficient written and oral communication skills with a proven track record of distilling complex topics into tangible outcomes
  • Experience creating content: digital, written, video, and visual communications materials.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and insights
  • Comfortable taking the initiative to develop solutions for unstructured problems and communicate the results to key internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and present findings to stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with ability to navigate ambiguity to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables
  • Embodies our Salesforce Values of Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality and Sustainability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing KPIs, and/or marketing analytics
  • Proficiency or certification in at least one change management methodology (e.g. ADKAR, CCMP, PROSCI etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing enablement platforms and learning management systems
