The Agentic Process Automation and Intelligence team works across our agentic process automation solutions across industry customers. As a Sr. Solutions Director / Lead, you will play a critical role in growing our process automation suite of products with a partner-led (and Salesforce Services) model. Salesforce is the leader in connecting data, devices, and applications, and we are seeking an experienced leader to drive large-scale digital transformations and integration strategies across our global portfolio.

In this role, your primary goal is to ensure the successful GTM, delivery and expansion of our services by providing leadership and proactive oversight for a portfolio of complex Agentic enterprise engagements. The Director focuses on multi-functional teaming, internal practice/playbook development, and the establishment of technical standards. You will provide executive-level guidance for the team regarding requirements elicitation, architectural documentation, and the application of SA best practices across all project phases.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Salesforce and Partner consultants working on high-complexity agentic customer projects. Responsible for the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and continuous professional development.

  • Solution Ownership & Governance: Own the final state vision of the overall solution for complex enterprise accounts. Ensure alignment between customer requirements, business processes, and technical feasibility, with a focus on Agentforce and multi-cloud integrations.

  • Playbook/Blueprint Development: Drive the growth and continuous improvement of the playbook - create an engine that helps us scale the business across customer types - Enterprise & Mid Market.. Identify business process improvements and translate these into actionable solution designs and repeatable methodologies.

  • Delivery Oversight: Lead multiple team members and partners across one or more workstreams, ensuring execution on strategies and key deliverables. Maintain oversight on project scoping and implementation level of effort.

  • Executive Partnership: Partner with Customer Success, Product and Account/Sales Teams to optimize client outcomes and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Operational Management: Author and update reports and dashboards to monitor compliance with architectural standards and project health and partner proficiency.

  • Internal Contribution: Contribute to internal efforts aligned to the organization's strategic roadmap, sharing expertise to build the broader team's technical and delivery capabilities.

Leadership & Technical Skills
  • Direct Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team of senior IT professionals. This includes setting clear performance expectations and providing constructive feedback.

  • Architecture & Configuration: Lead all platform configuration activities and serve as a key point of contact for the overall solution. Expert knowledge of Salesforce Core technologies is required.

  • Integration Literacy: Deep understanding of data requirements, structures, and integration points. Ability to map Salesforce objects to external REST endpoints and core systems (ERP, PLM, MES, etc.).

  • AI & Automation Strategy: Experience designing business processes that embed AI/ML capabilities, including building agentic prompts and defining automated processes involving Agentforce solutions.

  • Decision-Making: Sound judgment and decision-making skills, especially when managing trade-offs between technical considerations and business requirements.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address structural technical challenges and make decisions that benefit both the team and the organization.

  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to evolving technologies and changing business environments in a fast-paced consulting setting.

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to align IT strategies with the broader commercial goals and objectives of the client and the organization.

What You'll Need to be Successful
  • Experience: 12+ years of practical experience in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting, or solution architecture for large-scale digital transformations.

  • People Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a people manager in a technical or consulting environment.

  • Enterprise Expertise: Deep experience with enterprise applications and transformations involving core systems (ERP, PLM, SCM, MES, or similar).

  • AI Delivery Leadership: Direct experience developing or implementing agentic AI and generative AI solutions at an enterprise scale.

  • Solution Design: Demonstrated capability to translate business strategies and application objectives into effective implementation designs.

  • Process Modeling: Expertise in process modeling tools, standard methodologies, and the ability to optimize complex user flows.

  • Project Governance: Expert-level knowledge of project management tools, data modeling, systems analysis, and design.

  • Travel: Ability to travel as required to meet with key customers and partners.
