ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is hiring a Senior Business Strategy & Executive Support Manager to join our Corporate Sales Team. This position will be virtual with 10-20% travel including overnight stays. The Senior Business Strategy & Executive Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting leadership, driving operational excellence, and ensuring initiatives move from concept to execution. This individual acts as a strategic partner and operational anchor-combining administrative excellence, analytical rigor, and proactive problem-solving to support business priorities. This role requires exceptional multitasking ability, strong interpersonal skills, comfort working across systems (including CRM tools), and the confidence to lead initiatives, follow up on deliverables, and create clarity from complex information.
