Job Summary/Objective: Key Responsibilities
Safety Management Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required, preferably engineering or business degree Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or distribution operations with a least 2 years in a leadership/management role Statistical and analytical problem solving; database management skills Ability to demonstrate quantitative, visual, mechanical and spatial skills related to manufacturing knowledge and technical skill in addition to logical reasoning. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities along with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills required. Must have clear understanding of OPS, the DHP principles and applications. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and positively influence strategies and outcomes. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to heat/cold conditions and levels of noise, and potential exposure to various industrial liquids, oils, gases, etc. Preferred Education & Experience
Professional Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP, Advaris is a plus. Spans of Control Travel Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to heat/cold conditions and levels of noise, and potential exposure to various industrial liquids, oils, gases, etc. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
