ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY You will play a critical customer-facing supply chain leadership role with full ownership over the end-to-end delivery of unplanned demand (repair & replacement orders, RFQs, and RMAs) to all our airline and OEM customers. This role will lead both our Supply Chain Operations team, who provide our customer-facing supply chain support from PO acceptance to delivery confirmation, as well as our production scheduling team, who schedules and manages the execution and order scheduling for all repair & replacement orders. This role is also pivotal in leading both teams to deploy material campaigns and upgrades to our airline and maintenance parts depots. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS Lead a team of supply chain specialists and production schedulers to:
- Process all customer incoming demand and then coordinate the movement of those materials, aiming to deliver the right parts to the right place, at the right time to satisfy our customers.
- Process incoming customer supply chain requests; requests for quotes, purchase orders, and return merchandise authorizations (RMA)s.
- Create and release orders to the warehouse to fulfill customer demand.
- Deliver an effective production & shipping schedule for planned and unplanned demand and repairable units by reviewing material availability and capacity.
- Coordinate the preparation, shipment, transportation, and receipt of the material with our operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Function as the focal point for issues and concerns in meeting demand based on material, capacity, quality, or production constraints
- Provide proactive, accurate and regular updates on all orders, including status changes, tracking information and ETA to internal & external customers.
- Monitor team's open orders and escalate any issues with team and leadership
- Measure and report key team KPIs (ex. on-time shipment performance, customer spare parts availability, and customer case closure times). Root causes non-performance and leads team members through corrective action efforts.
- Identify opportunities for improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency of team processes.
- Manage phase-in / phase-out material plans as required to support Engineering Change Orders and New Production Introductions.
- Manage deployment of material campaigns and upgrades to airline and maintenance depots.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, or related field
- 8+ years' experience in supply chain or logistics
- 5+ years' experience with configuration management and ERP systems
- 3+ years leadership experience managing and developing direct reports to meet business objectives, improve performance, and grow in their careers
- Proven customer advocate experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
