Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Equivalent years of industry experience may be considered. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000 annually. Actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and geographic location. Incentives: This role is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive program.
