The Account Coordinator provides daytoday support for GPO and Corporate Customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate issue identification, resolution, and ongoing operational support. This role requires strong working knowledge of internal systems, data analysis, research, and contract compliance processes. A key responsibility is to partner with internal teams to ensure noncontract items are appropriately blocked, priced accurately, or corrected in alignment with contract terms and compliance requirements.

The Account Coordinator supports multiple Account Managers and must be able to extract, analyze, and manipulate data across various enterprise platforms to identify discrepancies, ensure contract adherence, and maintain pricing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete accurate, detailoriented data entry and updates.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Pricing, Master Data, Strategic Pricing, National Accounts, etc.) to ensure 340B noncontract items are blocked or priced according to contract terms.

  • Extract, audit, and analyze customer data from McKesson platforms, including Access, Snowflake, Toad, SAP, and Excel.

  • Support research, reconciliation, and documentation of account issues, pricing variances, and contract gaps.

  • Provide timely, professional support to customers, GPO partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Support Account Managers with analysis, issue resolution, compliance auditing, and ongoing operational needs.

  • Utilize Excel, Access, Smartsheet, and other tools for reporting, issue tracking, and data validation.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Some college and relevant experience, or an Associate Degree preferred

Critical Skills

  • 1-3 years of business experience involving databases, Excel, SAP, or similar systems.

  • Experience in data auditing, pricing, customer support, or supply chain preferred.

Working Conditions

Office

This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to move within the office environment, including walking more than a few feet from workstation.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $27.34 - $45.56
