Business Development (BD) Leader
Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Philadelphia, Roanoke, or surrounding areas)
Reports to: Managing Principal

Position Summary: SFCS Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Leader to lead strategic growth and client engagement efforts throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This individual will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and strengthening our presence in key markets including Senior Living, Higher Education, Veteran and Civic projects.
In addition to strong business acumen and relationship-building skills, experience in project management within architecture, engineering, or interior design is a plus and will help ensure a deeper understanding of client and project needs across the full lifecycle.
