We are looking to hire aSeniorProduct Manager to joinour group andhelp us lead the next generation ofmodelsofferings.AsSeniorProduct Manager, you will lead efforts to scale ourmodelofferingswith compliant solutions that meet the wide range of Foundry customers from startups to highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product offerings that span across themodel portfolio in Foundry.

• Identifyhigh-impact opportunities to increase modelattachand adoption across internal and external customer segments.

• Define and track growth metrics, manage dependencies, and lead experimentation tovalidateFoundryModelsvalue proposition.

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver integrated solutions.

• Develop compelling product narratives and performance dashboards for executive-level communication and decision-making.

• Provide clarity in ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+years of experience inproduct development, including deliveringone or moreAI,cloud services,enterprise grade solutions, and mobileapps.
• Demonstrated experience applying compliance, safety, or privacy considerations within a software/product environment
• Proven success in launching and scaling multi-million dollarrevenue products, ideally in AI, ML, or platform domains.

• Background in enterprise compliance requirements.

• Product-led growth focuswith data-driven decision-making skills.

• Executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies.

• Ability to prioritize and adapt in environments where requirements evolve quickly.
