A Brief Overview: The Operations Analyst provides hands-on operational support to Endeavor Health Medical Group front desk and patient access teams, partnering closely with the Patient Access / Front-End Operations Manager. The role ensures consistent application of registration, scheduling, point-of-service collections, and EMR workflows while supporting staff training, troubleshooting, and process improvement. This position directly contributes to revenue cycle integrity, operational efficiency, and a high-quality patient experience through reporting, education, and frontline engagement.
