Hourly Pay Range:

$32.60 - $48.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

A Brief Overview:

The Operations Analyst provides hands-on operational support to Endeavor Health Medical Group front desk and patient access teams, partnering closely with the Patient Access / Front-End Operations Manager. The role ensures consistent application of registration, scheduling, point-of-service collections, and EMR workflows while supporting staff training, troubleshooting, and process improvement. This position directly contributes to revenue cycle integrity, operational efficiency, and a high-quality patient experience through reporting, education, and frontline engagement. Travel to offsite locations is required as assigned.

What you will do:

  • Frontline Operational Support
  • Works in close partnership with Patient Access leadership to support daily front desk operations, workflow consistency, and staff success across medical group locations.
  • EPIC Workflow Troubleshooting
  • Provides hands-on assistance with EPIC registration, scheduling, check-in, and point-of-service payment workflows; escalates system or process concerns as appropriate.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Runs and reviews EPIC and operational reports related to registration, scheduling activity, and POS collections to identify gaps, trends, and training needs
  • Onsite Rounding & Engagement
  • Rounds to offsite locations to observe workflows, reinforce standards, answer staff questions, and ensure resource alignment.
  • Training & Onboarding
  • Supports onboarding and ongoing education for front desk staff, serving as a preceptor and reinforcing established training standards.
  • Process Improvement
  • Partners with leadership to identify workflow challenges and support practical improvements that enhance accuracy, compliance, and patient experience.
  • Administrative & Account Management
  • Assists with platform administration, staff access management, form updates, fee schedule maintenance, and charge master support.
  • Department Coordination
  • Supports meeting preparation, minutes, action-item tracking, and participation in committees as assigned.

What you will need:

  • Education: Associates Degree Required
  • Experience: One (1) year of experience in IT or relevant user-support role OR five (5) years of relevant Physician Operations/Patient Access experience required. Experience supporting EPIC front desk or revenue cycle workflows. Prior experience in a medical group or ambulatory operations environment. Experience training or mentoring front desk staff
