Career Level: P2 Primary Purpose: Contributes to laboratory efficiency by conducting standard analyses, calibrating instruments, and compiling technical data to support consistent product quality and operational compliance. Duties and Responsibilities: * Conducts standard analytical tests such as titrations, viscosity measurements, and thermal analysis. * Calibrates and verifies performance of laboratory instruments including spectrophotometers and ovens. * Prepares reagents and solutions following precise formulations for testing protocols. * Troubleshoots minor equipment issues and documents corrective actions. * Compiles test data into structured reports for review by senior staff. * Ensures compliance with internal quality control procedures during sample processing. * Coordinates sample tracking and chain-of-custody documentation for multiple projects. * Communicates test progress and findings clearly to engineers and supervisors. * Performs other duties as assigned. | |
