TEKsystems is currently looking for an Adobe Cloud Engineer to design, implement, secure, and operate Adobe cloud-based platforms and services. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, scalable, and compliant Adobe environments that support digital experience, content management, analytics, and creative workflows across the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong operational discipline, collaborating closely with product teams, developers, security, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Adobe Platform Engineering Design, deploy, and manage Adobe cloud solutions, including Adobe Firefly, Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Document Cloud. Engineer scalable, highly available architectures aligned to business and performance requirements. Configure and maintain Adobe Admin Console, user provisioning, entitlements, and licensing. Integration & Automation Integrate Adobe platforms with enterprise identity systems (SSO, IAM, directory services, Zero Trust). Automate deployments, configuration, and operational tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines. Support API-based integrations between Adobe services and enterprise applications. Security, Compliance & Governance Implement security controls aligned to organizational and regulatory standards. Partner with security teams to manage access controls, data protection, logging, and monitoring. Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives related to Adobe cloud usage. Operations & Reliability Monitor platform health, performance, and availability. Troubleshoot complex platform issues and lead root-cause analysis efforts. Establish operational runbooks, SLAs, and incident response procedures. Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with developers, content teams, marketing, and creative users to optimize platform usage. Provide technical guidance, best practices, and documentation. Support upgrades, new feature adoption, and roadmap planning. Required Qualifications * 3+ years of experience supporting cloud-based enterprise platforms. * Hands-on experience with Adobe cloud platforms (Firefly, Experience, Creative, or Document Cloud), including Adobe Identity Management * Experience supporting AI governance and AI requirements related to Adobe AI features. * Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals (networking, security, identity, monitoring). * Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar). * Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations. * Ability to shift and pivot with changing responsibilities * Working networking knowledge including DHCP, TCP/IP, subnetting, firewalls * Ability to create engineering documents including detailed designs and test plans * Self-starter, critical thinker with proven ability to deal with granular requirements yet see things holistically and strategically * Effective at time management skills * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to shift and pivot with changing responsibilities * Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication * Comfortable sharing ideas and concepts in a highly collaborative team * Have experience with ITIL foundational and Agile process methodologies * English Speaking/Writing * Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail * Possess a personal sense of urgency and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment * Ability to work with business and technical teams to build requirements and technical artifacts Key Skills Adobe Cloud Architecture & Administration Cloud Security & Identity Integration Automation & Scripting Monitoring & Incident Management Cross-functional Collaboration Documentation & Technical Communication *Skills* Cloud, Automation, Architecture, Infrastructure *Top Skills Details* Cloud, Automation *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
