This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, as well as documenting and tracking all activities to ensure timely resolution. Key Responsibilities * Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person * Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software, and networking issues * Document issues and resolutions using internal tracking tools * Monitor open tickets to ensure prompt and accurate resolution * Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform daily tasks * Work under close supervision and escalate issues when needed Qualifications * Associate degree in a related field (preferred) * 0-3 years of technical support or related experience * Familiarity with commonly used IT concepts, tools, and practices * Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures consistently Work Schedule This position requires flexibility to rotate between Front-Half Days (FHD) and Back-Half Days (BHD) based on business needs. Shift Structure: * 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Alternating weekly schedule of 4 days one week, 3 days the next Front-Half Days (FHD): * Sunday-Tuesday (and every other Wednesday) Back-Half Days (BHD): * Wednesday-Saturday (or Thursday-Saturday) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lithia Springs, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.63 - $22.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
