Description Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst, IT to support and enhance business reporting systems and core IT applications. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving reporting solutions, managing cloudbased data sources, and supporting business users through reliable systems and data insights. The Systems Analyst works closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and IT partners to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient system operations while also providing basic enduser IT support. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance business applications and reporting systems, with a focus on Power BI and cloudbased databases Analyze legacy reporting processes and develop flexible, accessible reporting solutions for business users Combine and transform data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, meaningful reports and dashboards Establish, test, and maintain stable connections to external data sources, including APIs Administer business applications and database environments to ensure performance, security, and reliability Troubleshoot system, application, and data issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams Serve as a liaison between IT, business units, and service providers to manage system changes and issues Provide basic IT Helpdesk support, including assistance with computers, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools Manage multiple tasks and projects independently in a fastpaced environment Support oversight and coordination of thirdparty IT service providers Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills Systems and application analysis Data reporting and visualization (Power BI, SQL) Cloud and Microsoft platform administration Data integration and management System troubleshooting and user support Technical Skills Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server (2019 or later) Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) SQL and cloudbased databases Data ingestion, transformation, and validation Backup and recovery procedures Skills Business analysis, Sql, power bi, Support Top Skills Details Business analysis,Sql,power bi Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional Skills (Preferred) PowerShell scripting, Power Automate, or Microsoft Graph API Basic project management and documentation Vendor and stakeholder coordination Experience Level* Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
