Position Summary: While working to achieve N3B LLCC objectives, will ensure all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner; will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety, security and quality an integral part of every task; including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security. Help track all government-furnished property on the project. Ensure that physical property is safeguarded against damage, is used for its intended purpose, and is properly tracked from acquisition through ultimate disposal. Support audits of its activities through the maintenance of the property database. Assist with management of the GSA Vehicle Fleet. This position reports to the N3B Facility Supports Programs Manager. Essential Duties/Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
Education and Experience Required: Bachelors' degree combined with 6 to 9 years of relative experience. A combination of education and relevant experience wherein the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the position's duties and responsibilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable. A current valid Drivers License is required for this position. Education Equivalency: 2 years of relevant experience for 1 year of college. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Normally assigned to perform work in an office environment. Only electrical hazards and other minor potential hazards normally found in an office environment are anticipated. Some work at offices or field locations on the LANL site should be expected. Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the discipline.
