We are currently looking for Night and Full-Time Weekend Shift Fabricators.

Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 8 pm - 630am

Weekend (Full Time): Friday - Sunday 6 am - 6 pm

What you will experience in this position:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements

  • Set up, operate, and adjust fabrication and welding equipment to assemble components

  • Perform welding on steel, aluminum, copper, and other materials as required

  • Inspect parts and completed welds using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met

  • Perform finishing work, including grinding, cleaning, and removing excess material

  • Use cutting tools such as torches or plasma cutters as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping

  • Collaborate with team members and leads to meet production goals

  • Assist with or provide guidance and training to less experienced team members (level dependent)

You have:
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions

  • Experience or familiarity with welding and fabrication processes and equipment

  • Knowledge of basic measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers, etc.)

  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery

  • Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity standards

  • Ability to complete work accurately and on schedule with minimal errors

  • Willingness to learn and grow skills within the fabrication trade

  • Dependable attendance and ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
