As an Engineer, Product Design and Engineering - Mechanical, you will be contributing to the development of new and enhanced analog and digital positioners and their associated accessories. You will be applying strong engineering principles to design, evaluate, and improve mechanical and electrical components while supporting crossfunctional teams and customerfocused initiatives.

As an Engineer, Product Design and Engineering - Mechanical, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing design, analysis, and evaluation activities for assigned projects using sound engineering principles

  • Adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements

  • Supporting mechanical and/or electrical engineering work across all product lines

  • Delivering professional engineering work within the department

  • Developing research programs aligned with annual objectives

  • Providing input to business programs and midterm planning activities

  • Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and established engineering methods

  • Supporting sales projects with technical expertise

  • Developing technical solutions that meet customer needs by combining proven technologies and existing solutions

  • Sharing knowledge and insights gained from concrete engineering projects

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering

  • Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Have knowledge of valve positioners (preferred)

  • Have strong problemsolving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Have strong crossfunctional collaboration skills

  • Have high energy and a resultsdriven mindset

  • Have proven analytical and criticalthinking capabilities

  • Have the ability to work effectively with all levels of engineering and management
