Key Responsibilities Order Management & Customer Support * Accurately process customer orders received via phone, fax, website, email, and EDI in a fastpaced environment. * Provide expert support regarding product details, availability, pricing, and order status. * Assist customers with online access, including orders, invoices, credit card payments, and general account information. * Audit and reconcile Dealer/National Accounts by reviewing freight claims, proof of delivery, and other documentation. * Process credits, debits, and resolve invoice discrepancies to maintain uptodate customer accounts. * Manage backorders promptly and in alignment with customer expectations and company policies. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. * Apply pricing, discounts, and promotions as communicated by the Sales team. * Handle transactions involving government entities following established protocols. * Work closely with Sales and Credit departments to ensure proper implementation of customer programs. * Review and release Delivery Receipts, processing up to 200+ transactions daily. * Manage "enduser" billing requests. * Partner with the Supply Chain team to obtain freight quotes, track orders, and support inbound inventory needs. * Generate customized daily and weekly reports using Access and Excel. * Support departmental operations by ensuring consistent coverage and responsiveness for all customers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
